Blackard Flex Pac prints flexible packaging materials using a process called flexography. This technique employs rubber (photopolymer) plates to apply ink to film or paper.

Blackard Flex Pac has two narrow web presses utilizing eight print stations. Print options include CMYK process, combination screens and line work.

  • 16 inch wide 8 color presses

  • In house inventory of film/paper product

We inventory a wide range of paper and film laminations, either in our warehouse or at our supplier. This enables us to provide our customers with the advantage of short lead times for printing their packages.

From start to finish we have qualified individuals to take your project and do a complete turn-key operation. It is our expertise when it comes to determining what structure would best suit your needs and we are always willing to explore new materials depending on your requirements. We have a network of outside vendors that makes it easy for us to be viewed as a one stop shop whether it be getting art work created or improved, plates made, printing, co-packaging, and much more. Our long-term relationships direct with material suppliers give us the ability to be competitive when quoting and the way we handle the project through to delivery ensures the smoothest of business transactions.

  • Cold seal film laminations
